Midwest Towing & Recovery/LTR is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Tow Truck Drivers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be within 15-20 miles of Omaha or IN Omaha
  • Provide prompt and efficient towing services to both commercial and residential customers in Omaha and the surrounding areas
  • Respond to emergency situations and accidents to safely remove vehicles from the scene
  • Operate and maintain tow trucks and equipment in a safe and responsible manner
  • Ensure proper securing and towing of various types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, and oversized vehicles
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to ensure efficient service delivery

Qualifications:

  • A clean driving record and must be at least 25 years old
  • No experience necessary as we have an amazing training program
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours - scheduling is negotiable
  • Accountable, honest, and a go-getter attitude
