TOW TRUCK DRIVER (Full Time Position)

Join Our Team as a Tow Truck Driver!

Do you like to drive and have a passion for helping others in need? Midwest Towing & Recovery in Lincoln, NE is seeking a reliable and dedicated Tow Truck Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. We have the top training program for our tow truck drivers who do not have any experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service calls for towing and recovery operations
  • Operate tow trucks and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in distress
  • Follow company protocols and safety regulations at all times
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all towing activities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in towing and recovery operations preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally
  • Must be minimum of 25 years old
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work days, rotational nights, rotational weekends, all schedules are negotiable and flexible so you have a good work life balance.

We work outside in all climates: rain, snow, sun, etc. Are you able to work in these climates?

All drivers work 1 or less rotational Primary and Back up overnight during the week. Are you able to do this?

Do you have a vehicle to get to and from work?

All drivers work 12 hour shifts 4 to 5 days a week. Are you able to work 10 to 12 hour shifts? And which is preferred?

Drivers rotate in Omaha some times, and a company vehicle is used to get to and from Omaha, are you OK with both Lincoln and rotational Omaha shifts?
